@@badgerhudson we are fine we did renovations on Annie's house just the two of us. I recently started work. everything is fine from steven's video we know you have a channel and you have already moved to wales.

@Prince-nt4dc its all good here thanks. The channel is slowly growing. Not her for the money , just to share the things we do with friends. If we meet new people then that's a bonus.

We have to find a way. Also to store the water for the gardening projects. We will have lots of fruit and veg plots hopefully starting next spring

@@dafdavies14 just been to look again and I think it has to be done in the newlar future . Will get a survey done and recommendations on spec.

@ 9inch hollows with steel bars,, in a big step formation,, then build a lovely stone wall to that bit then have drainage holes so often

We have seen this twice now. Its the run of from.the Hill behind the house. I think due to poor management in the past. We intend to dig a channel in the woods to guide the water away from the house ..

I think the water was over 2 meters above normal. We live on a hill but the properties below are on flood warning as they are closer to the river.

Hopefully we can resolve this issue one day and avoid the yikes.

Thanks for that. We hadn't got round to checking Google for the answer. This house is a lot to take on but it will definitely be worth it . Going to do some drone footage soon. Just need to work out how to fly the drone🤣

The house is right on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park. Behind us is just immense.

@@badgerhudsonI’m guessing it is waterproof? Sheetrock here in the states is not. We use it on regular walls and use Durock in bathrooms or anywhere that moisture will be present. I’m just curious what applications are normal there versus here?

I like it too as it makes me feel like I am a fast worker.
