I worked with this machine for only 2 days now and it is mind boggling to me why not every big company has this machine

Robots are coming. Hehe. I like it cuts box to the size individually, no extra empty space, no filling materials. But to pack rectangular items is very easy. Show us out of ordinary items and how everything jams and brakes. PS in two years that parcel feeding man will be fat.
Which is why smart people are working to produce items to fit in boxes and not on shelves.

I'm curious: how do you get the correct shipping label applied with 99.999% accuracy?
The machine knows exactly what item is in each box and verifies that the label is correct before it exits the machine. If the label and item do not match it will reject the item into a bin away from the machine
Get a native English speaker to review spelling and grammar; e.g. "dinamic" is not a word.

You realize UPS and Fedex don't package there own things... they just pick them up and deliver them...
Sean is right. If Amazon ever gets their delivery network going strong, UPS will be fine without their packages. UPS gives them a discount for shipping and then has to purchase more vehicles and play more overtime to keep up.
