The Bosu ball surface is different from being on snow on skis or on a snowboard, so none of the exercises that you are doing in this video will transfer to the mountain.
slower movement is harder, i wont recommend to do it faster. it basically removes the point of using bosu.
Note that the FAQ section of BOSU’s website recommends that their device NOT be used with the platform side up.
Thanks for this. I just read the FAQ, and they are fine with both sides being utilized, but recommend against STANDING on the platform side. It seems like their main concern is a safety issue. The instability that makes it risky is also what makes it effective. I use it for that very reason, but of course avoid doing anything on it where I feel there's a fall risk.
I trained my self up to 3 sets of 20 1 legged squats on a bosu ball at age 71. True fact. I’ve had sciatica for the past 20 months but can still stand 1 legged on the ball for more than 1 minute at 79. No squats😉
