In your opinion do you feel it's got enough power? Does it feel quick enough and you're rarely asking for more power on a twisty road?
Well my other car is a Tesla so I'm quite used to punchy acceleration, even so I find the power perfectly judged for this car. I would definitely go for the 2 litre 184bhp model however because it gives the car 2 personalities; decent low down torque for touring (it pulls surprisingly well at low revs) and a revvy top end when you want to have some fun. Of course I'm talking about road use, if you want to use it on track you're probably always going to want more power(!).
@@spif7 That's a great summery and much along the lines of the reviews from the journalists I've seen. I've had my eyes on the ND2 2.0 RF since release and now they are coming into my budget. I'm still youngish. Hoping to get one by Q1 next year. I'm selling my MK1 MX5 and Polo Blue GT. I haven't had a car with big power and I've always been more about balance. Just wanted to check it wasn't still lackluster like the 158bhp. I like the idea of an electric appliance for a daily comfort and mx5 for the weekend.

We have used suitcases like that for a number of years in our ND and there is room at the sides for camera, boots, coats.
I must confess I always wondered why there is water on my headlights, never knew my car does this

Got myself an ND 1.5L ST in Deep Crystal Blue a month ago with 11 miles on the clock, At what mileage do you think that i could start to put my foot down? It currently has 550 miles on the clock, and i haven't taken her above 3000 revs.

Thx. Thinking about a miata. I am single so a perfect fun car. But just for the case knowing it will fit two standard carry on (with measurements ;) ) into the boot is just nice to know. And, as I assume two rucksacks will fit on the side too. Just sad that nobody else thinks about the “standard” long weekend luggage for two people. So, big thank you for doing that video.

@@Dr.Ian-Plect I love mine! I haven't done any suspension upgrades, just a Goodwin Racing Super-Q exhaust. Was going to try and leave it close to stock. I say that but we will see how long that lasts...
