That said, you have also mentioned you do coaching as part of your big ticket offer. Where does that fit into the time you spend working? I assume you batch coaching calls 1 day or even part of a day, but you didn't mention it here, so the number of hours working doesn't quite add up. Again, I get that you weren't trying to cover everything here (especially since not everyone does coaching), but I'd love to hear about that since my biz model DOES include coaching. Thanks!!

The main niche and the sub niche…. Love this! My main niche is goal setting and me encouraging others to go for their goals and dreams. This lends to a plethora of sub niches because to me SO much fits into this. ❤

Nice video. I, too, was rolling my eyes to the core of the earth when you mentioned people talking about doing all this for adsense 😂. I tell people this ALL THE TIME. I built a multiple six figure income with under 3k subs. I think I earned MAYBE $1k through adsense last year lol.

Wow. The Lord just led me to this video. My husband & I were just talking this. I started my channel & it’s doing really well but I’m struggling with which direction to go. I too am a stay at home mom of 4 young kids & I value my time with them.

I have no doubt that what you say is true. BUT...I chose my niche (reviewing bike trails) because that is the hobby that I LOVE. And I also LOVE the video editing almost as much as riding and videotaping the trails. Not gonna outsource that. So I may just have to give up on making tons of $$$...

I wish you would speak slower.

I started a TH-cam channel that was vaguely based on travel (Realistic Tourist) but each video I uploaded was so different from the last and there was no consistency and the channel had no structure. I have since nade a dedicated channel to visiting locations that are deemed haunted etc, as I believe this is a niché that i can maintain consistent styles and build upon. It took me nearly a year to find a niche that i think may work but I tried and dismissed so many to get to this point. It may not work and I may find myself back at the drawing board again, but the main point is at the start to experiment and make mistakes, try completely different topics and don't be worried that whatever your first niche is will be the one you have to stick with forever.

I do understand how it makes sense to stick to one sub niche rather than several and I have experienced the view counts going up and down, but it's so hard to stick to one niche with ADHD. I have a life hack/science experiment/ technology/ creative artistic kind of channel. I have 774 subscribers with 11 videos on my channel but all of the subscribers are subscribed to 2 of those videos which are totally different from my other videos and they don't give good click through rate or audience retention on those other 9 videos on my channel.
