Lovely hotel

went once into ICC pudu and left after making a round inside. it was badly designed, stuffy, warm, dim and chaotic. not much of anything that is organised. the worst is the interior part, dark, very warm, and no ventilation. how can anyone enjoy a meal there. Plus all the trapped noises and humidity. I left feeling disappointed.
