I Felt Your Shape by Mount Eerie (Live in Copenhagen)
มุมมอง 27K11 ปีที่แล้ว
Mount Eerie performing "I Felt Your Shape" from the album "Live in Copenhagen" I do not own any rights from this video's music, and it does not have any profit purpose. Lyrics: I thought I felt your shape but I was wrong. Really all I felt was falsely strong. I held on tight and closed my eyes. It was dumb, I had no sense of your size. It was dumb, I held so tight. But last night on your birthd...
wish he came back here
microphones better
hehe he sounds so sleepy
In this show (full recording on yt) he says he was tired at the beginning.
so gud
Hi ania
damn
no more rosy gardens, or craving, curving hips on my belly. I'm giving up so I can be free from you. I'm paying fees so I can sever ties from you.
BICHA!
Really cool how the lyrics for I felt your shape have changed over the years, I would guess they depend on how he feels at the time. A recent 2020 performance on youtube also included different lyrics and a slightly different chord progression in the ending in comparison to the original.
do you have link to that? I cannot for the life of me find it but its my singular purpose in life to listen every song this man has ever written
@@snackattack98 th-cam.com/video/o9pigJPYoDI/w-d-xo.html Seems like what they're referring to, could be wrong. :]
@@snackattack98 Little late, but for anyone interested I'm guessing it's 'Mount Eerie - I Felt Your Shape (Live)' which is 'Live at the Fox Theater in Oakland'
The extra verse is so good. I wonder if he added it after writing the album version, or if he just didn't include it. Thanks for uploading this, it makes me really happy =)
It is a version of his song I Cut My Hands Off
this is so beautiful
dammit no more pats on the back i loved those
Fun fact: This song comes from when Mount Eerie used to be known as The Microphones. Bloody great music, highly recommend checking them out.
Thanks a lot for uploading the version with the extra verse, cheers
