The product and customer service is total ASS. My first order was just disappointing. Burgers were underweight and steak just OK. Contacted customer service who did nothing, said they would try to do better and to try the 1/3 pound burgers as if the6 only screw their customers on 1/4 pound patties. The steak had a strong distinct flavor. Placed another order Friday 6/8/18 morning. Spoke to customer service this afternoon to confirm shipping because we are leaving Friday morning for vacation. She said it had to ship but could not provide any tracking information. I asked about canceling and she specifically said could not do since it shipped but once again she could not provide any tracking information. Received an email that order had been canceled but they went ahead and charged my credit card so now I have to wait up to 10 days which they said and that’s ridiculous, like a scam. Not once did the customer service rep offer a solution. Total idiots. She could have at least offered to ship my order so it would arrive upon our return.
