Ingredients:
For the crust
- 112g cracked cookies
- 70g melted butter
- 50g granulated sugar
Bake 7 min at 170 C
For the filling:
- cream cheese
- 100g granulated sugar
- 120g sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
Bake for 1 hour with a water bath at 170 C, let it rest for at list 4 hours.
