@hamzaakbar6033 withheld means that they are not gonna publish your official result until you meet their criteria. And you'll probably have calculated your result from the answer key, so you should be clear that the test is passed or otherwise failed. If passed, then kindly follow the procedure or contact FPSC via call or email. Do several emails if they not responded

@mahnoorrizwan8603 Well, if you don't have any proof (Pic or anything), then request the bank branch in which you have submitted the chalan. Also, for this specific case, you can email or call Fpsc stating your issue. Do several emails if they don't respond.

Should i not send chalan of 500 along with application mentioning in it that i lost my chalan form...?

Nhi nhi. You must not be consider fail if you have passed the test. Just retrieve your chalan of RS.250, which you have paid before test, and also pay 500 with the chalan mentioned in video. Send these chalans along with an application on white page.

​@sufyanahmad4280 you will probably have a picture of it or any proof that you have paid the chalan. If not, then visit the bank where you have paid the chalan, and they will give you upon your request.
