Dont care were it's made as long as they replace it when it breaks no problem. Sales people are like lawyers they All lie everyone knows that! They just want that commission. Believe it or not but the motor is actually made in Italy and the couch is made in China. I know because I have this couch and researched the motor. If you go on Amazon it also says the motor is manufactured in Italy.

@@rkgsd it is very firm. Sat on it today at Ashley Furniture. I made the purchase immediately. I weigh north of 300lbs and i did not sink when i sat on it. Feels very well made.

@@thelog86 Yeah I've sat in one. One side felt a bit softer than the other as if that side had been sat in by a lot more customers. That made me think it's normal for the foam on some brands to soften up over time and I've read reviewers say as much. I even chatted online with Ashley and they had no idea what the foam density rating is. Unlike Jerome's Furniture, they don't list that info. I bought it anyway but changed my mind because there's no brown or dark tan color option.

​@@rkgsdI have this exact loveseat set it came with the couch and the recliner and yes I am also North a 300 lbs and have noticed did the side my wife sits on is firmer than mine after a year of use. I average 8 to 10 hours daily sitting on my end of the loveseat the wife only sits on hers an average of 4 to 6 hours a day it's not a heavy difference but you can tell. Bought mine directly from Ashley's what is an instant decision as soon as I sat in it. My salesman let us know during our purchasing that the loveseat that will that the set that will be delivered would be brand new still sealed in the Box and as such will be much firmer than the store models. And he was correct for about the first three or four months the seats were super firm but after that they started getting softer and more comfortable.

There needs to be 3" between the sofa and the wall.

Well $1300 for a sofa with all those bells and whistles should be a red flag since a sofa like that is usually close to $2000...for polyester/faux leather/fabric. Ashley says they're #1 in sales, but they can work with the prices since they make a lot of the furniture they sell.
