- Yogurt (33-35%) | 1 tbsp.
- Sugar | 70 g (4 tbsp)
- Vanilla sugar | 1 tsp.
- A pinch of salt.
- 1 egg.
- Flour | 240 g (8.5 oz)
- Baking powder | 1 tsp.
- Starch | 40 g (3 tbsp)
- Cocoa powder | 40 g (3 tbsp)
- Bake in the oven at 170°C (340° F) for about 15 minutes.
Filling:
- Powdered sugar | 200 g (7 oz)
- Melted butter | 50 g (3 tbsp)
- Jam | 1 tbsp.
- Lemon juice | 1-2 tbsp.
1 cup = 200 ml/6,76 fluid ounces

      Mulțumesc pentru mesaj! 🥰 Nu am încercat cu lapte, dar cred că ar putea fi mai dificil să obții aceeași cremozitate. Frișca are un conținut mai mare de grăsime, ceea ce ajută la textura caramelului. Poate ar merge mai bine un lapte condensat? 🤔 Laptele ar putea să nu aibă același efect, dar dacă încerci, te rog să îmi spui ce rezultat ai obținut! 💛🍫
