Ustad Aman Ali Khan Sahib Hansadhwani Part 2 The first part is well known and widely available on the web. I have never seen the second part on TH-cam. Like Part 1 it, too, is sung with Karnakatic inflections. Khansahib's only other known recording is a wonderful Patdeepaki.

पंडित डी वी पलुसकर जी की आवाज मे प्रत्यक्ष भगवान का वास है.. और सुना है कि इनका स्वभाव और इनका औरों से बातचीत करने का तरीका भी बहुत मुलायम और सौम्य था.. उस ज़माने मे शास्त्रीय संगीत की इतनी अच्छी तैयारी भी किसी और गायकों मे नही पायी जाती थी .. परंतु इनकी चीन में जो संदेह पूर्ण मृत्यु हुई, वो बातेँ मन को बहुत ही गहराई तक दुखी कर देती हैं

Sozkhwani is a particular case of general musical training. I do not know any method other than personal training , face to face. After assessing the potential of the one wanting to learn etc. I live in rural Rajasthan . Wonder how this could be achieved.

I have been learning Mausiki (Classical Music) and Soazkhani from different forums and platform, all online. Which I also found not effective for me at least and yes, I also believe it’s an in-person learning subject. I'm following, practicing and reciting the way and form of Soazkhani made by Late Ustad Sibte Jafar Shaheed, Karachi. And got some contacts from my circle about the students of his to stay in touch for learning this performing art. I have also recited many place your style of Soazkhani in Imambara and Majlis e Imam e Hussain, mentioning your name to the listeners by saying we also have a Legend like Jyoti Swarup Pande who recites and have specialization in Soazkhani , which related to our community. I pray for your good health and prosperous life ahead. And if possible, would like to meet you in-person, I have a business visit in Jaipur on 3rd August 2024. Afreen masterpiece rendition by two supreme divas of thumri of purbi ang/Baneras . It's no less than Beethoven and Mozart but we don't treasure nor we pay respect our heritage and worship the culture of west blindly .

Is there a (considerable?) influence of Ustad Faiyaz Khansaheb on him in this recording?
They were both in Baroda for many years and Nissar Hussain Khansaheb and Ata Hussain Khansaheb were close friends. So there was bound to be some exchange of style and compositions. But each had hewed to their own styles and Nissar Hussain Khansaheb made for far more pleasant hearing than Agra singers.

Transcends to a different time
I have loved, adored and revered Begum Akhtar my whole life. Her 'gaayaki' transforms one's heart and mind. My father knew her, so I had the great fortune of meeting her, and sitting right in front of her as she sang the whole night. This was in Calcutta in the 60's. What rapture! Thank you so much for this upload Vinay ji.
