In the 70s in Heidelberg, Germany, I have seen Army bikers (mostly Air Force Staff) starting their Harleys with their arms instead of feet ;-)

Just to let everyone in on a little secret you DO NOT need to have a wallet with chain or a smoke to kick start any motorcycle!
As soon as you get it started you do need those items though ! Yes, you can get it started without. 😂
You need good.strong knees and ankles. Then after a short time, you will begin to feel it, then eventually you will stop or and have I limp.

My friend said with a kickstart you never worry about a dead battery.
@@stoundingresults so make sure to take care about your motorcycle and the battery will b fine

Poroushook was correct , All customized Old Harleys from the 1930’s through the Sixties. Correction one Evo snuck in from the 80’s /90’s . Cost depends on where you live and Condition but if you might find one for around $20,000 give or take a few grand. I want another one !
@@oldrover3007 last harley kicker I know of was 1st year softtail. It was kind of a cross between shovel and evo - had evo motor with shovel 4 speed - I think it was 84'.
