I am assuming you use the yellow frog tape when you have to tape off an area that has already been painted with 3 coats of one color so you don't pull off the paint when removing the tape?

Great video. I have a lot of respect for both men, and the work they did. I have been a customer of SLN for many years, It would have been very interesting to see what they could have accomplished here in Sublette County Wyoming, where you not only get extreme cold, but also and EXTREMELY short # of frost free days!

We had the DEC forester Randy Kerr come out and mark the trees in our stand to be culled, and ended up with mostly hard and a few soft maples, we also kept a few oak "furniture trees", etc. All of the softwood in the stand was harvested, and swapped for rough-cut hardwood planks from MSM lumber in Lowville, most of the hardwood that wasn't maple (cherry, etc.) we harvested and sold to the old GP mill in Lyons Falls for paper pulp. My brother and I hired out to Warren Allen, who bought out Alvin Noftsier's sugarbush in Croghan. Against everyone's advice, Warren continued to harvest trees from his large stand to fire his evaporator. Eventually, he thinned his stand so much that the tentworms moved in and nearly decimated his entire woodlot. It was a sad sight. I would like to hear from anyone who worked for us (Twin Maples Farm and Farm Store, Greig twp.) or for Warren Allen's sugarbush, Resha Rd., Croghan) Thanks, Andy Ginter. (Pres. residing in the finger lakes region).

Hello. I just tried my very first barn quilt and the acrylic paint peeled off. It did not adhere to the wood. I was using Liquitex Basic. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you!

My Father was best friends with the man who owned the Karmel Korn shop, they grew up in Watertown. We called him Uncle Charlie, even though he was just a friend. He made almost all of the candy in that shop, it was amazing.

The audience needs to wear masks and sit 6 ft apart the speakers don't need masks as long as they remain a safe distance apart.

Do you use water base exterior paints. Do you use some type of clear coating for weather protection?

do you apply a finish paint after the painting is completed for protection
