In Memoriam 1992
Hello all, I was "on holiday" for 5 days, so here we go. My May - August In Memorial video will be out this weekend. The music in these videos are songs from folks who passed that year. Eddie Kendricks, Barbara Lee, Mary Wells and Roger Miller were 4 big losses. We can honor them and remember them by playing their great music. Enjoy, and as always, have an awesome day and click subscribe if you get a sec. I have nearly 90 videos to check out.....

Hello all. Check out this video, as well as the others I have made. There are 41 of them, and the most viewed is In Memoriam 2019 with 172,000 views. Please look at your "community" tab. I posted a poll question , as to when you graduated High School. Right now, we are at 73% graduating in the 1970s or 1980s. If you haven't answered, please do when you get a chance. I will have others, because ...

Hello all, I hope you are enjoying your weekend. Here is another group of folks from 1994. I actually timed how long it takes to make one of these videos, and its about 5 hours. Between collecting names, ages and information, gathering photos, displaying the correct sequence of photos and finding the right music, typing in all of the data, uploading to TH-cam and then publishing. I am wondering...
How to play 4 different games on your device: Zen Word,Fairway Solitare, Brickout and Toy Match 3D.

Zen Word increases your vocabulary and helps you decipher words using an alphabetical approach. Fairway Solitare allows you to keep score, just like you would in regular golf. Need strategy regarding using your clubs and pacing yourself, Brickout is a current form of Breakout. There are numbers that appear on a square, Toy Match 3D has awesome graphics and made me more observant, after playing ...

Hello all, after looking at my You Tube Channel stats, it became clear that the "In Memoriam" videos accounted for the huge majority of my views. So when my dad passed 22 months ago, I made over 30 videos and got burned out. My mother passed last month, so I am back in the mood to pick up where I left off, and will try to do 2 videos a week. I left off with yearly videos in 2000. This one is 19...

This could be my favorite "how to" video....I drain a 39 foot putt, chip in from the sand, 24 yards away, and then I miss an eagle by a couple of feet. I go over, how to read a break while putting, how to play out of sand, how to record every clubs yardage, and how to read the wind. Subscribe, enjoy, thank you!

How does your club still go 120-124 ish at a full 120 swing in the rough? Did the forward spin counteract that or does the wind compensate that? It seems I often struggle with approaches out of the rough or sand because I adjust my distance based off the lie percentage but it’s rarely accurate.
Sometimes it’s a combination of things, as to how far your ball goes. I put forward spin on the ball so that helped. If you’re in the second rough, you have to add to your shot, but if you’re in the first rough near the fairway, it may not be an issue. Also the slope of the green matters, whether you’re going uphill or downhill. As far as traps are concerned, take the distance that you want, and multiply by 1.5. So if you’re 40 yards away from the hole in the sand, I would hit it 60 yards.
@@steveleigeber that bunker advice may come in handy, I typically flop if I’m close enough, but it has been guess work up to this point. Thanks for the tips! My buddy has paid his way into some nice equipment early but I’m trying to gain the upper hand by fine tuning the clubs I have. Hate spending cold hard cash on games lol
You could always watch videos to get better clubs. When I get credits, I use my laptop and my phone. Takes about 25 minutes to get 150 credits.
Great job, as always!
Thanks Kurt
Breaks my heart to see what's gone but warms it to know it was there.

Hello Steve. Great videos. Great to put a face with the name buddy.
You should mention the year of dead and give the time to read the information!
I do mention the years in the title of the video. They all passed 60 years ago, in the 1960s. As far as giving enough time to read information, I thought I did that. Sorry if I didn’t.
The most tragic passings that year were Robin Williams and Phillip Seymour Hoffman.
My best friend , my Mum x
Where’s Doris Day? Didn’t she die in 2019?
Doris Day is the last person on the video
@@steveleigeber Thanks. Commented too early.
Condolences on the passing of your dad.
Thank you
Great work as always!
Thanks Kurt
So many great ones ❤
The birth and death years should be included.
Thanks for your opinion. To me, the number of years is more succinct. If someone's life occurred from 1887 to 1975, putting 88 years on the screen, helps me process it easier. Other than that, I hope you are enjoying. It takes a lot of time to put these together. I do it because I like it.
@@steveleigeber Understood. 👍
Grandes estrelas que nos deixam. Estrelas inesquecíveis de nossas vidas.
Yvonne DeCarlo Played Lily Munster On "The Munsters"! Carolyn Jones Played Mortica Addams On "The Addams Family"!
The one problem with publishing a video is you can't edit it after you publish it. I didn't catch it up front. It takes 10-15 hours to do these, and when you do 70 videos, things happen. One or two mistakes out of 70 videos is not bad, in my opinion.....
@steveleigeber it's ok. I know you worked hard to put that all together for us and we Thank You.👌
Yvonne DeCarlo was so beautiful! She was Canadian and I think she was 84 when she died.
No Rock Hudson? one of the biggest box office stars of the 50's and 60's
I have 3 videos from the 1980s. This is number 2, check out 1 and 3.....

I like how you put what they were (actor, athlete, etc) because with some we recognise the name but can't be sure why we know them. Thank you!
Tough year RIP
When I was much, much younger I would hear my parents discuss losing someone famous from their era. I couldn’t really relate. Seeing this many stars pass in such a short time period is very sobering. I can understand their sadness now.
Well done! Brings back fond memories of constantly loitering at Mother's pinball & Doodle Dandy.

I have to ask about you playing "Big Yellow Taxi" during the Busse Park segment. Did that just happen to be the song you picked; or, were you aware that there was a VERY big controversy regarding the building of that park and the construction of the townhomes next to it? There was a park that covered that whole area before that had 7 large, beautiful, mature trees in it. They cut most, maybe all, of them down for that project. Funny considering Mt Prospect is "The City of Trees". Those row houses have turned out to be one of the better looking projects in the downtown area though. That building where Doretti's was is horrible though. I'll always remember Tom at Submarine Express serving me up a "King pastrami, no onion, hot" and trips to the wave pool as me favorite memories.
