An it girl title in Korea will actually be given to Koreans it has been like this through years 1st generation - Boa, 2nd generation - Suzy, 3rd generation - Jennie, 4th generation - Wonyoung like all of them are Koreans who have received it girl titles I'm not saying a non-korean can't receive the it girl title or be it girl but it girl is someone chosen by Koreans and Korea media as the face of that generation and with huge impact ofc they will choose a Korean to be it girl so please stop making this term common among every idol you like or idol you want ( since it's Korean pop) and this is how it has been through years and years
