I wanted to put this mower to the test! It rained the night before and the grass was wet and heavy! I can’t believe how well these mowers work! It has a misfire and it still mows grass at a good speed!
1969 Case 444 - Sleeve Hitch Blade Adapter

In this video I fabricated a sleeve hitch to moldboard adapter that changes the “X” axis. When adjusted at the proper axis, the moldboard contacts the ground flat. This way you can make windrows for raised planting.

This Cat 308 excavator does have a thumb but I am demonstrating how to load concrete with out it. I am doing this demo work for my job, so for times sake I do use the thumb a couple of times.

Nice Work and video Bud and over coming your issue. Just wondering why you chose to pull off the bolts/threads of the sleeve hitch and not make it a sleeve hitch mount and go over hitch like they do and pull off heavy pins and the hitch?
The way you are describing is also a good way of doing it. The new metal bracket will basically always be bolted anyways. As far as going heavy pins with the mold board adapter bracket, I just didn’t really want to modify what is oem. If I’m understanding correctly, I would have had to weld a plate to the mold board adapter to get the radius I needed. My thought were to preserve the tractor oem as much as I could.
No sorry j meant why not mount your adapter sleeved over the sleeve hitch like any other sleeve hitch mount. Thanks
