Hi I made a system really close yo yours but I today i tried and there are two things i would like to ask you. 1 how many psi do you use to pull inside the oil and 2 when i vacum the ammo doesnt go inside by itself i have to pull it inside slowly.same story on vacum mode

Mine have an issue if i have it between D and DS without clicking it would indicate on same w MS but if i have it clicked to DS it wont register

Most of video consists of listening to vacuum pump running while nothing visible is happening. You should edit this out. Video would be 90% shorter and still convey same info.

How did you get all the wires out from the side of the shifter? I can't seem to get the wires out.

You should position the shock such that the bleed hole is at the very top. That way any small remaining air bubbles will float out of the reservoir. The way you have it laying sideways any remaining air bubbles will bee trapped inside the reservoir. Yes, I know you pulled a vacuum. However unless you pull and Absolute Vacuum there will be some air still inside the shock. Thanks for the video. <;)

Hello B.N. I have the same problem on my E61, and I also can´t get to the upper right screw. On your video I can see u probably cut that little plastic strip/slat between ashtray and the shifting module. Am I right? Did you? Probably I have to do the same because I didnt find any other way to do it. My manual shifting and also DS doesn´t work, so I have literally the same problem and I hope its these cables. I hope u shall see my comment tho I m going to do it this weekend bro :D. Please, what tool did u use for unscrewing that T30 torx screws? :) Thanks a lot

how much vac you pulling on that shock in the beginning? Do you finish it off with hand bleed after. I usually find there is still lots of air in there and have to invert the shock back and forth after 2 cycles of push pull cycle.

Would like to see some pictures of the plumbing and valving you have at the machine. Demonstrate how you switch from pressure and vacuum with the one line and not introduce air. I built mine just like dezertxer's in his youtube videos. Seems to work pretty good.

:(Hi there ! I have the same problem with my E60 :( (the broken wires).When I saw your video I try to repair this annoying thing that happen to my car too. Can I ask you how do you put out the wires out from the black plastic cover , because the only way I figure it out is by unscrew the whole shifter out and remove that cover...but this is something bigger and didn't see it in the your videos.
