Can we first fry Masala in oil
It is not recommended , as it will get bitter and not give the taste to the fullest:)
We can eat this achar for one year, we have to put in fridge or we have to put in sunlight
@@jullyjoshi2062 no need to keep it in sunlight; just make sure there is enough oil on top and you can keep it in room temperature.
