In my high school days at age 16 the entire school spent sunday late evening watching merlin's grand finale when the next day we have national exams. We used to watch merlin trans- night. And loved Gwen and Arthur so much. Wow this was the best part of my early teenage year. I am forever in love with this serie.

I always found it incredibly curious that the Bible mentions Peter had a wife. To see the marriage put on screen is just wonderful. It is definitely one of my favorite things about the show.

Why is Gwen Black? There weren’t any black ppl in Merry olde England. And she never had passion for Author, theirs was an arranged marriage. She grew to love him in a platonic way and because she believed in his vision for England. But it was always Lancelot she was hot for.

I used to skip all these scenes when I was young and get to the funny/action bits, their story is so romantic! Perfect excuse to rewatch Merlin again
