I liked your video. We go to the River Narrows Park in Council Bluffs, IA next to the river to watch the planes coming in to Epply Airport during the Spring and Summer.
It’s so amazing considering the fact that we travel on planes to get from state to state but in this video when you’re making the landing you’re over Iowa but when you land at the airport you’re in Nebraska.
I recognized what they used to call bickel street back in the 60s. Then they changed it to zoo boulevard. Don't know if the zoo is still there. Wichita was awfully progressive with outstanding architecture back then but I've heard that's deteriorated lately.
Not true at all. The city has recently hit 400,000 and business is booming. I can’t believe all the retailers and businesses coming here. I can’t keep up. Wichita is not a beautiful city by any means, after all, it is in Kansas. However, it’s improving.
I can see my house !

Bro knows where I live 😰
Breathtaking! Blue Ridge Mountains, correct? Greetings from Germany!
If you were seated on the other side of aircraft I could of shown you my home.

This is called an E175
This is called an Airbus A319
Watching on a hot day in May, I actually miss the snowy landing LOL! - Red
Near the end of the video I can make out my workplace. If the video had started a few seconds sooner in the flight, my house would have been in it.

UGH !!! The city looks like a scene from an old black-and-white movie.
Try landing in a blizzard at night!
They have an airport in Wichita?
Ya, Wichita/Kansas is the air capital
The metro population of the Wichita area is over 400,000. So yes, they have an airport in Wichita.
@@johnforsyth7987 The city itself is 400,000 now. The metro is 650,000.
Ignorant comment. Most small cities even have an airport.
We had 800 people in red cloud Nebraska and we had an airport.
