Thank you. Preheat is required for convection mode for baking. At max temp, preheat for 10min before baking.

​@@sandbowlSB Hi sis I tried this microwave and convection mode without pre heat. I tried to to bake cup cakes but it became hard . I baked in 600w, 170 temp & 15 min in lower rack . Did I bake for longer time or I had mixed the batter too much?

​@@amrithanarayanan7211There should be problem with batter. Time and temp is correct. Have you added oil or ghee to the batter? It shouldn't be so thick nor too thin.

Use the microwave option to reheat. Select microwave->set the watt, usually 900 Then Select the time. Usually 2 min is enough to reheat and it depends on the quantity you reheat.
