Two faced is a must, the official video!
Why didn't you react to the video? It's crazy.
I love this song! It’s a banger! Mikes and Emily’s voices are awesome! 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻the sound is amazing 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻❤
right?! they work so well together! a true sonic balance.
I'm in love with "two faced"🔥🔥🔥
@@zeldaxlove9567 me as well 🔥🔥🔥🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
there is not a single bad song on this album 🤘🔥
So far so good! I agree.
I think Emily's vocals sounded tired at this moment. You should check her live performance in Bogota; she sounded better there
Oh really? I'll definitely check it out! Can't wait to listen to the studio version tho.
Wasn't tired at all.
@@XxSEETH3RxXshe is sick I think
Sounds like Mike has some challenge with Corey Taylor 😅
Haha why do you say so?
Bro your face said exactly what I felt when I heard this. 🤣🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
HAHA I know right? It's amazing!
React Anitta Baile Funk Experience
Anitta only wrote a short verse and then sampled a couple of lines from an old Brazilian Funk song by Tati Quebra Barraco (the part that keeps repeating). However she re recorded the sampled part with her own voice. I don’t know if she did anything production wise but she didn’t really do much.
🇧🇷❤️❤️❤️❤️
React to anitta Funk generation a baile funk experience
👉👉👉Understand the meaning behind Anitta and The Weeknd's macabre music video. (Source: G1) On Halloween Eve, The Weeknd and Anitta released a macabre music video, in which the singer appears pregnant, in scenes that divided opinions on the internet. As if the strange shape of the belly wasn't enough, it also has... a mouth. Recorded in New York, the video features "São Paulo", the first track by the Canadian pop star in partnership with the Brazilian. Over a beat inspired by the type of funk currently produced in the capital of São Paulo, Anitta sings in Portuguese the verses of a song created in 1997 by Tati Quebra Barraco, one of the pioneers of the Rio de Janeiro branch of the style. In addition to another step in the internationalization of funk, the release also represents a turning point in The Weeknd's career -- which helps explain the plot of the controversial music video. Baby Abel In May 2023, the Canadian singer, whose real name is Abel Makkonen Tesfaye, revealed plans to "kill" his alter ego The Weeknd. In an interview with "W Magazine", he said: "There's coming a time and place where I'm getting ready to close the Weeknd chapter. I'll still make music, maybe as Abel, maybe as The Weeknd. But I still want to kill The Weeknd. And I will. Eventually. I'm definitely trying to shed this skin and be reborn." Although it wasn't the first time, The Weeknd's "death" is portrayed in the music video for "Dancing In The Flames", released in September of this year. Like "São Paulo", the track is part of "Hurry Up Tomorrow", the artist's next album, which still has no release date. In his words, it will be his "last hurrah as The Weeknd". On social media, the singer has already started using his real name, Abel. Although nothing has been officially explained, the video with Anitta has been interpreted as a symbol of this "rebirth". In her strange belly, the Brazilian woman is said to be giving birth to Abel himself, The Weeknd's new artistic persona. The name of the song is also related to the change. It may not only refer to the Brazilian city, but also to the Christian city of São Paulo. In passages from the Bible, the apostle reflects on the resurrection and transformation of bodies. In July of this year, The Weeknd posted a message on social media about the subject, accompanied by an image of São Paulo. "The present humanity is fragile, deteriorating and weak, but in order to share eternal life, bodies need to be transformed," he wrote. 😉😉👍👍👍👍
Anitta is fire, react a baile Funk experience, funk generetion anitta ❤
Omg I’m your fan! I love your new haircut! ❤ (mid song btw) Great video!
Thanks! Nice to see my content resonates with you. Right back at you on the haircut!
Great reaction! The Sad Café has always been a favorite Eagles song of mine, nice to see someone else feeling the connection.
You should listen to "Skin & Bones". They're first single from this upcoming Album. It's a Banger!
Hi Jo’ser Castaneda, like & subscribed, enjoyed your reaction, really love this song..look forward to your channel, Be Blessed 🙏🏽Aloha, Kenneth 🤙🏽
Despite not liking her style of pop much I'm glad you found things to like still
For sure! It's a great track.
You stopped the video before it was over.
I don't listen to Linking park no more
Bummer, go away.
guessing you never did if you think they're called 'Linking park'
For me was Linkin Park always the Heavy Version of Depeche Mode
Great song, and I could hear Chester singing this, in my head.
I know right?
fantastic song very melodic
Linkin Park was NEVER Hip-Hop, fyi. They've always been a Rock band with Hip-Hop influences with Mike's rapping and han's electronic effects and so on. This new era of Linkin park is going to be a bit different where we see Mike not rapping as much but he is singing a lot more now. People want Linkin Park to sound exactly like they did on "Hybrid Theory" and "Meteora" and that's just dumb to me. This song was just really to show another facet of Emily's incredible voice, that she can sing clean incredibly well.
I stand corrected! Thanks for clearing that up Jason. I agree, this is a new era. Let’s listen to it together!
the amount of "Doesn't sound like LP" cause its not Hybrid or Meteora is such asinine and stupid. Like we are three songs in. You have a combination song featuring both Mike and Emily ie Emptiness Machine. You got that rapping but heavy scream style in Heavy is the Crown. And now you got yourself a ballad in Over Each Other. Like serious what more do these people want
I reacted this exact same way when I first watched the video. Immediate tears, she is doing so well with the band. It brings me right back to when I first started listening to LP. I think this album is going to be exactly what we’ve needed from music these last few years.
That’s the reaction we all want! To feel that same first feeling.
I wish they'd give us a hip hop track. This album so far is turning out to be another Hunting Party. Generic rock, lacking the hip hop sound that defined this group.
HITC literally has Mike rapping using the same style of flow he did in the first two albums.
@@EversonBernardes I mean, a full hip-hop track like High Voltage, When They Come For Me, etc.
@@EversonBernardes "Rapping over rock" isn't what I'm talking about. I'm talking about the track. There's no hip hop in the track. It's just a rock instrumental.
@@PenneySounds Hip-hop production these days covers so many styles and genres that honestly talking about hip-hop divorced from the rapping is meaningless.
@@EversonBernardes Other way around. Rapping is done over so many genres that making hip hop synonymous with rapping is meaningless. Rap is a style of vocal, not a genre of music. Hip hop doesn't even need a vocal.
From Zero will be out on Nov 15th not 7th 😉 Also, Mike said this song leads into the next song, which is Casualty, and apparently their heaviest song on the record. Can't wait to listen to it!! And very much looking forward to Over Each Other live!
You’re right, it’s the 15th! I guess I projected because I wanted it sooner hahaha. And yes, in the Apple Music version of it (maybe Spotify too) Mike says “okay put your screaming pants on”, not on the video though, so it makes sense with what you’re saying!
I love this song and her voice ❤ I love the 3 songs until now ❤🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
a very balad of LP is the Messenger listen to this than this song is very heavy ;)
The Messenger is one of my favorite ballads from them!
Mikes vocal is actually in this song too, but as a harmonic layer to hers, so you can faintly hear him sometimes in the back. But I agree, to me it still sounds like linkin park, specially if I put chesters voice to the song, 10000%, so Imo! ppl saying it does not sound like linkin park at all, either never liked the music after meteora, or they still haven't gotten past Emily as the new vocalist.. 🙈 ofc I could be wrong in that too but, from the ones I've talked to that doesn't think it sounds like linkin park, and doesn't like emily as a new voaclist for the band and the music, are the ones who only liked hybrid theory and meteora, and not the rest..🤔 Ngl, I also find myself a little frustrated over ppl that says it doesn't sound like linkin park, cause linkin park was never only the 2 first albums, even those 2 were very different from each other, and through their whole career, they've always changed things up and experimented, so this is as linkin park as it can be rlly.. 😶🌫
Completely agreed. I've been with them since One Step Closer dropped in 2000, and it's crazy to me how many people keep saying that the new singles (this one especially) "don't sound like Linkin Park". Like, did you miss all of the albums after Meteora? They've had more songs that DON'T sound like Hybrid Theory or Meteora than ones that do given that they had 7 studio albums before Chester died.
Songs like Powerless, Not Alone and The Little Things Give You Away exist. Personally, I like it when they can show that they cannot only scream, but actually belt out a good song that's melodic to my ears. I appreciate a great high powered song, but I also appreciate the softer ones. It's an equal mix for me.
@@JemJam2976 Little things give you away, is one of my absolute faves from Linkin Park, what it is about, and the artistic approach they went with it, like so many songs after hybrid and meteora are so underrated.. :(
@@PiscesLin it is definitely a beautiful song.
Nah, those are just wannabes, Hybrid Theory has My December which is actually more melodic and soft than this..
Listen to the version of this song on my channel, you'll like it!❤️🪩
Mike actually wrote this for himself, thats why there's very little screaming, and then they reworked it when Emily joined the band. She added some grit
Oh yeah, it does sound like one of his solo songs. Would like to hear his take as well, tbh.
I didn't know that! Good to know.
Emily finally shines 100% Powerful and deep and the video is absolutely masterful and I think this shows 100% the capabilities that she has as a vocalist, LETS GO 🤘🏻🔥
Let's GO!
Check out Dead Sara's "Sorry for it All"! You'll love it. You'll hear Emily use so many nuanced, beautiful textures. She is a vocal goddess!
Don't care what the people who stopped listening to LP after meteora says, i love this song lol
If you remembered Brand New's "The Quiet Things That No One Ever Knows" (th-cam.com/video/qgtkPKZ2OPk/w-d-xo.html), then you wouldn't be too shocked by the twist.
People seem to forget that Hybrid Theory had an even softer song than this with My December and Meteora had songs like this like Numb. It wasn't ALL heavy from the beginning
Louder my friend! All these wannabes really didn’t appreciate My December way back then..
@@s1Lv3R29-n3w It really shows you who the real fans are, when they don't know or appreciate every part of Linkin Park. You don't have to like every song, but come on, some people think they know better than Linkin Park themselves
This is diffinetly ONE OK ROCK vibes , Im not surprised, Colin Britain ( new Drummer ) produced several One Ok Rock album
True
Also relating to the lyrics, all I can find for proper contributions is under the Audio only relase (no video) on their YT channel, it lists: Guitar: Brad Delson Co- Producer: Brad Delson Drums: Colin Brittain Co- Producer: Colin Brittain Masterer: Emerson Mancini Vocals: Emily Armstrong Unknown: Ethan Mates Programming: Joe Hahn Additional Production: Matias Mora Unknown: Mike Shinoda Producer: Mike Shinoda Vocals: Mike Shinoda Mixer: Neal Avron Bass: Phoenix Assistant Mixer: Scott Skrzynski Writer: Jon Green Writer: Linkin Park Writer: Matias Mora
Thank you for being one of few ppl doing reactions to these songs who is recognising the solfter songs LP did and referencing them instead of pretending minutes to midnight and other albums never existed after Hybrid Theory/Meteora.
@@jlmossjr of course! Linkin Park is A Thousand Suns, The Hunting Party, Minutes to Midnight, One More Light, Living Things… I’ve lived through every episode of the band and I’m glad you’re joining me on this next one.
@@VisperaCreativa I had no idea this was going to happen, had not seen any of the clues the band was dropping at all hadn't seen the timer etc... Was by sheer luck on my couch one night on youtube with my wife getting ready for dinner and hey Linkin Park is live what's that..click.. hey that's looks like a stage and preshow. And here we are now, it's been an amazing time.
Hybrid Theory and Meteora will always be iconic of the band for sure. But I find myself being drawn to their softer tracks like The little Things Give You Away and Powerless a lot more nowadays. Limiting them to just screaming vocals and heavy guitars is such a disservice and insult to them as musicians
Sounds like a new band to be honest. I will wait for the album to drop, if the rest of the album is too much like this, I will pass on this album. We're here to hear LP, not Emily.
Speak for yourself i wanna hear more of her and this is still lp just as chester had his own songs emily will also have hers.
Emily is LP
Emily is LP. You should get used to this fact maybe :)
Everyone has there own opinions they can Say what they wanna Say & They can do what They Wanna do its Your Choice No ones Pushing You To Like or to Dislike
@@ignacio1887 She can have her own songs but this one right here sounds just too much like pop.. I don't say it's a bad song but a few changes could've been made to make it sound better. I wished the melody wouldn't sound as catchy as it does, and the vibes should've been heavier and darker and the speed a bit slower imo. But to each their own...
I've been a LP fan since 2001, and cannot stray from the fact that this is really good fucking music. Fans stuck on the old Chester days will miss an incredible ride.
@@volpe_sol exactly. Chester’s memory will always be cherished and respected; this is simply a new chapter that shows the rest of the band, and Emily, are up to the task with making really good music like you say.
This ^, it's amazing they found ppl to not just get together with but to collaborate with as equals who all contribute and are ALL trully enjoying what they are doing out there again.
YES. And my god, mainstream non-pop music has consistently SUCKED since at least 2012, it’s about time we hear good stuff again. Like, shit, man. People who aren’t here for Emily were actually never here for LP as a whole, by the way, and have no respect for all the other members of the band who very organically realized she fit in and invited her in. If we don’t invite her too, we aren’t really fans of the band because we don’t respect their own perception of themselves as a collective. And also, frankly? As someone who dabbles in creating stuff, the most important thing is that they’re happy with how things are going, that they get along and are excited to do music again. Which they very clearly are, and that’s what’s actually important for the music to reflect that. Which it does. People who understand art and self-expression will agree.
Same here, been a Linkin park fan since early 2000, 7 long years without them, this era is incredible, new drummer Colin & 1 incredible female vocalist, Emily Armstrong, feel sorry for the fans that aren't on what's going to be one hell of an amazing journey with these guys, Emily's vocals are on another level, she is a shining star ⭐💯
I love this song. There is some of Dead Sara there.
@@cesaralexispalaciotijaro9076 for sure! Her vocal presence really shines through.
Same .....its too funky and im actually hate it for reason except for two songs in this album
Fair enough I had a feeling this one is gunna be a split reaction honestly tho I don't mind it
"Over Each Other' aka THE LESBIAN MACHINE!.
Dumb comment...

Oooooo you're soooooooooo clever. Thought up that one all by your lonesome, didja?
@@jasonbodden8816 shut it.
Oh … a stupid Idiot ….
oh man, you get it!
As do you!
Mike Christine all the low harmonies throughout the song. I appreciate your analysis because everybody seems to be upset that there's no heavy guitar drop and no 20 second scream this is a powerful well-produced song and Emily sounds amazing.
Of course! This is a different kind of song from the ones we got before. Nice change!
I feel like this is the Albums' "In Pieces" and I'm here for it. Emily's voice is incredible on here.
It really is! We heard a whole other side to her. I enjoyed it very much too!
I think it is a great song and so relatable especially if you are in a abusive relationship. I love her voice and I think this is my favorite so far. So refreshing to hear something different
it's really powerful right? I agree, it's refreshing!
This song and Emily's delivery are top notch! Her storytelling is next level! Few can do that, first and foremost Floor Jansen. My favourite of the new songs so far! 🤘🏻
Me too ❤
@@jo_g.germany It's really good! It also adds variety to the genre of music we can listen to on this album.
the same here
Over Each Other reminded me Across The Line and Final Masquerade! ✨💫📀❤️
It does have that vibe!
I don't see Across The Line in this song....... actually Across The Line is far more LP than this. This sounds like an Imagine Dragons casual radio hit which is what I am NOT looking forward to.
