Flat black metal spray paint, looks good and wears like the real thing
@@Rebellpanzer im gonna have to do that to mine! How do you get the track pins in and out? I had a real hard time with them.
@@tacticallegos don’t remove anything, put it on its side , use some paper and tape to shield the main body and just paint it , roll the tracks to get it all. You might want to cut out a piece of cardboard to cover the wheels. Just make sure the tracks are clean
@@Rebellpanzer ahh that’s smart! I’ve got plenty of masking tape and other supplies so I’m sure I can work something out. Thank you for the advice!
@@tacticallegosnp buddy, it’s about a 10 minute job, these tracks are listed as zinc but having some experience in it they look like Dacron coatings which will hold the paint good

Nice to see you got the king tiger! Currently planning on getting the Torro Ford GPA 1/16th scale amphibious jeep. I was going to get either a Sherman a panther G or a jagdpanther but it caught my eye and now I’m wanting something to drive on ponds lol. Speaking of ponds, have you seen the Bancroft 1/16th scale landing craft? If we got that and a sherman we could be recreating D-day lol. It’s expensive though, one day I’d like to get it though. Also damn man why do you have to keep showing me up with this weathering! How am I supposed to compete with that? Lmao
Tnx buddy , I was just looking at the landing craft , that’s pretty damn cool! Pricey but cool….putting a tank on it and driving across a pond would be slightly nerve wracking 😁 but I’d do it. About the weathering……well, I’m retired and have plenty of time 😎
@@Rebellpanzer yeah it definitely would be a bit nerve racking watching 600 dollars of boat at 150 minimum or tank cruise off into the water! I’ve heard that it has a nice low center of gravity and that the flat bottom helps with stability though and the videos I’ve seen show it going pretty smoothly so I’d say if I get one I’d have to do it! We don’t have many ponds unfortunately so I’d have to wait for a calm day at the lake lol. The little Torro amphibious jeep on the other hand should be small enough to cruise around in the creek we’ve got I’m hoping. Gotta say I’m definitely envious of your weathering… one day I’m gonna have to try weathering something, I’ve got so many things that could really use some weathering I just never have gotten the nerve to try it.

I’ll only buy the Pro version of Heng Longs ,they’re just so much better
Pro is really Always better Not only at Tanks,o.k.have plastik runningwheels but not bad i think.

the Jagdpanther is my Favorit Tank,got the Upgrades Version with Metall Gears,Metall Tracks and Treib und Leistrollen,sorry don't No the english words.Is this füll metall Tank ?
It’s a Heng Long , plastic with metal tracks , sprocket and idle wheels. It has a really good suspension on it and drives great.
