Mariana, thank you very much. As for me, short lessons are excellent of easy to understand information. My example. I extremely need to work at my sleep routine because I need more energy to work on my daily stuff.
The use of "work at" is very good. I'd use sth else instead of "extremely" ..."very much" or "consistently"! Hope this helps. Your suggestion hit the spot as I'm also feeling like viewers are more in need of the short videos rather than the longer ones... actually both are good but the short ones come in handy with this type of opposite content ...with phrasal vbs.
