This is genuinely my favourite film so far, I watch it almost everyday. What I truly love about it, is that it reminded me why I enjoy making films and why I must continue to follow this path. I've always hated the idea of creating a film that doesn't have the perfect moment and this caused me to stagnate as I wouldn't create anything until I knew how I could make that perfect moment. However this film is a collection of those perfect moments because they came from the most imperfect parts of me. My fears, my insecurities, my shortcomings were all put to rest when I decided to not care and just create something. Thank you for watching and sharing this film. Khaty brought me here. Amazing actors, really good pacing, clever use of the colours and framing, reminds me of Terry Gilliam's work (nice one for the "Pulp Fiction's suitcase"). Good suspens and tension with Doug, unpredictable character. Visual effects are quite good, specially when she used the drugs. I would say maybe a bit too dark on some parts of the movie, colour grading a bit extreme at certain times. Good soundtrack! But sometimes, the sound is crackling? The small part in 4/3 ratio should have been without the top bottom bands? Anyway, excellent short movie ! Well done !

*spoiler alert* (don't read until you have watched the film). I really enjoyed the movie as it was interesting, everyone who contributed did an amazing job! James reminds me of the main character from the novel, Fight Club because they were both crazy and they ended up the same way (dead). I am still trying to figure out how the title is relevant to the plot. I think that the movie is somehow linked with prophecy since ravens are associated with prophecy (in Greek mythology). In the beginning, it said: "today begins as tomorrow ends". Then later on James says, "I'm gonna like you decide" to Raven, meaning that he is gonna let her predict what the future is (which is what a prophecy does). She also has the same name as Raven, from the tv show "That's So Raven" which was about a girl who can predict the future. This is only my interpretation from watching the film (I am still unsure of the meaning behind the title's name).
