I feel you when it comes to trying to gain weight. I was in the same situation as you 4 years ago. What I found is that eating something very small to start out is best. Since you have a little to no appetite crackers and fruits will be your best friend to start. Make sure you’re eating within 30 minutes after waking up to start off.
