Since the update I tried out my thorin a little bit. He’s only r4 but if you build his r4 skill and r2 skill with troop buff gear and he’s pulling 90k damage regularly.. Plus if you have one other commander with small troops it seems to significantly buff formation as well

Hey I play RP and love Qurwan, so plan on using him this season. You said you’ve done some tests with him, do you know what formations work best with him? He’s not good enough to be solo support, so I’m debating who to match him with, against good shadow and Saruman are grantees to be on my A team so just need to figure out who the best support is to pair, I feel Sauron would be meh since they both kinda do the same thing, but what are your thoughts after testing?

I think you need to also consider the commander and the relic together. There’s not much point reviewing each relic independently as they can’t be used with anyone else 🤷‍♂️

RP > NRP. Nrp is the same exact formation every single time with maybe a different damage dealer.

Thranduil is not usable. And if Khaldoon is usable, so is every other bad 2-skill damage dealer out there. Not that I'd elevate her but Adunae laughs at Khaldoon's damage.

Again the developers make another update to force players to spend more money. They don't respect the player. Please good players, get together with leaders and TH-camrs to spread the word that the update is good! It's a shame what they do to the player, they don't respect the money and time spent on the player.

I’ve only just started playing and I was watching all of the 1.0 MoS builds with the old Ancient Numenorean Helm that would removed the debuff. So annoyed I missed that. I think thematically he should be changed to a more of a tank/support where he is not going to be used for damage. His messenger skill should be something that prevents Commanders from using any skills or attacks in the first three rounds. As in they are negotiating and so cannot deal damage. His unique helm’s skill parlay could increase this to 5 rounds but mean he takes 5% more damage as a counter. This would really help mitigate against the high damage commander meta and could be nerfed to just preventing skills if it were too strong. Then he could have one damage skill “Black Speech” which could deal focus damage to all formations and ‘demoralise’ them meaning they deal reduced damage and have a single buff removed. Next skill should buff all evil troop types (except maybe Uruk-hai) as he didn’t just command orcs but evil men too. This could be increased damage, defence etc. The last skill could stay as Black Numenorean but I think it would be more interesting to change the “harbinger or darkness” skill, making any allied unit type dealing damage to the same unit type (orc deals damage to orc/ evil men/men deals damage to evil men/men) would gain a small health leech. I think this works thematically as it shows how MoS turns races against themselves. His single damage skill shows he isn’t a frontline fighter and reduces enemy damage whilst buffing his troops. As I said new to the game but would love to see this idea.

Idk Eowyn is still pretty usable in mounted formation. One of the best heals to. She is not meta I get it, but nothing wrong with here to be in useless category 🤷‍♂️

I use Agzog and I am very close to get him to mythic. I use him because he is my favourite commander since season 1 and with f2p gear he does consistently 60-70k damage if I am facing someone with my own strength but against the whales and kraken I usually face my formation is but a scratch to them😂

Lathar is A tier. They adjusted his bottom R0 to medium units in general, so he can deal some damage while having an okay level of command and damage reduction, and with his relic can become a tank. So whether you put Vanguards on him to counter the meta goodside DDs with additional physical damage reduction or use fallen on him with a high refine relic, he can tank a bit and dish out some damage to be a hybrid.

Excellent conversation through out always like to hear how seasons are getting on also. I think a lot more clarity and balance would come if gods and yudz played different servers in future. Or perhaps did kingdom pre season. 2 from 2 with the same narrative and partners the season before will make people continue to feel this way and be sceptical about alliances made pre season even if not together. That’s said it’s like a self fulfilling prophecy if people don’t believe you planned to play separately like this season and then you end up having to come together anyways. Difficult scenario but sounds like a fun server.

Regarding the season situation, you guys praise the dark blue for fighting hard and finally making a choice for themselves. But the same is true for every other team. When Dark Blue decide to give up, every other team has to work even harder. The reason people are salty towards HIPS/FREE is because their selfishness makes it more difficult for every other Alliance. The balance of the server is falling apart, which we clearly can see on the map. Now it doesn't really change the outcome of the server. It's just sad that people who don't give up E.g. Neon will get punched hard while hisp/free fool around.

I’ve seen Agzok do 130k consistently from two separate players. Best T1 pretty easy rn, but he’s just another DD. Hopefully the game gears to more utility adds instead.

Thank god I didn’t descend my lurtz I was very skeptical about it so thank you lol. However I believe the Shadow has better skills but lurtz unique somewhat levels them.

The main issue on the topic of relics is that relics are out of the question for most players and even to ascend commanders like t2 or t3 are very hard for casual... And all those money-grabbing sales are just awful!

Double the amount of comms were playable in 1.0. Max there’s like 10 now. It’s hard to have direct counters available now.
