Rose Knight is definitely a powerful hero, but she isn't always readily available through redemption codes. You can obtain Rose Knight medals from Elite Hero Stages 6-12 and 8-9.

She most certainly is and actually most heroes are f2p now since you can get most of them from hero chests in various events and stuff without paying anything. I have 47 heroes and I didn't pay for any of them. Just saying.
