I've just been doing the same working ,visting family and so on. Merry it's Freezing here and Snow Storms, gesh I can't keep taking this year after year. Try putting a lot of Tumeric in your meals it helps with pain and inflamation. I only take Collegen vitamins at times and just eat extra fruits & veggies for anything I'm missing. We did get a couple days of snow. I took the boys outside. They really enjoyed playing in it. It warmed up days after that but this weekend it’s supposed to get cold again there’s already frost on the ground this morning when I took the boys to school Buckys is a really big gas station and you can spend hours in there just looking around.

In my sixties. We eat a lot of vegan which we enjoy and small amount of meat. I find vegan great on my stomach (reflux) problem but they do say you need to keep your protein as you age. Make sure you incorporate tofu or chicken peas etc. In your forties and sometimes early fifties your body is changing as you know. I had very heavy period flow near the end coming every 2 weeks. It is hard as there isn’t much information on menopause.
