Athletes: STOP visualizing results-until you master this. The problem with most visualization? You skip the most important step: getting clear on the skills you need. Here’s the formula: 1️⃣ Define your outcome: ‘I want to score in tomorrow’s game.’ 2️⃣ Identify 1-2 key skills: Finding open lanes + shooting to score. 3️⃣ Visualize mastering those skills: See yourself executing flawlessly. Why it works: Visualizing skills matched with outcomes builds certainty-and certainty lets you trust yourself and play freely. Stop visualizing the result alone. Master your skills, and your performance will soar. Follow us for more tools to dominate the mental game. #athletemindset #athletemotivation #molliteum #mindsetcoaching #mentalperformance

THE BLUEPRINT 👇 Think of the worlds most iconic athletes: Serena Williams, Tom Brady, Michael Jordan, Simone Biles... YES, they’re all talented, but there’s something DEEPER that separates them from the rest. All of these athletes are able to handle adversity with ease when everyone else shuts down. And when everyone else is freaking out, and you’re able to stay calm and execute, what does it allow you to do? Stand out. Mental resilience is what separates these athletes from the rest. Here are 5 steps you can take to be the same. 1️⃣ Know who you want to be and why. - Get clear on the athlete you want to become (identity) - Discover strong reasons why this is important to you (purpose) - The combination of these two things keep you excited and motivated so you can push through the tough times - Ex: MJ wanted to be the best (identity) so he could change the game (purpose) 2️⃣ Build powerful beliefs. - Resilient athletes have belief systems that work FOR them, not against them - Write out a list of beliefs that make you fearful - Understand WHY you’re fearful - Then address the “why’s” and find solutions 3️⃣ Build your self-belief and confidence. - Next, you must work on your confidence - Get clear on the 3 things that make you dominant - Visualize, practice, and study film on them daily - Reflect on your progress each night 4️⃣ Focus like a laser beam. - Now it’s time to focus - Understand the 1-2 ACTIONS you must follow in games to drive results - This allows you to stay in control of yourself in games 5️⃣ Become adaptable. - Use a combination of self-talk and breathing techniques to remain adaptable in games - This allows you to stay present - Keep going back to your focuses when the going gets tough To become a mentally unstoppable athlete, and to not miss out on tips like this, follow us. #athletemindset #athletemotivation #molliteum #mindsetcoaching #mentalperformance

MJ’s Full Blueprint 👇 Here are the mindset hacks MJ used to dominate his competition regularly. 1️⃣ Visualization -MJ visualized the SPECIFIC SKILLS he had to use in games -This allowed him to master the skills so he didn’t have to think in games -Shooting 3 balls, driving the lane, and being a menace defensively were his skills -Pick 3 strengths like MJ did and visualize each 10 times - do this daily 2️⃣ Intentional Practice -MJ then took the skills he was visualizing and worked on them daily -This allowed him to build his self-confidence -He spent time replicating scenarios he’d face in games -Take each skill you’re visualizing and work on each of them daily on your own for 10 minutes 3️⃣ Film Study -MJ is notorious for studying his opponents weaknesses -He then focused on how he could use the 3 skills he was visualizing/practicing against them -Find film on your competition and break down what their weaknesses are -If you can’t find film on them, then understand what you SPECIFICALLY need to do in the game We created a full blueprint on how to build your confidence like MJ did. It’s a free masterclass that countless pro, and youth, athletes have used to dominate. To get it, simply Follow us and Comment “blueprint”. Then just check your DM. Stay resilient, Difference Maker.

⬇️ Read and Save ⬇️ Setbacks are inevitable for all of the athletes that we work with - they’re simply a part of the game. The reality is that 80% of their performances will go their way, and 20% of the time we’ll have to adapt their approach - that’s just what happens when you play at elite levels. Nothing is perfect - it simply doesn’t exist. Whenever we’re working with pro athletes, we follow these 3 rules to help them bounce back fast: 1️⃣ Identify the uncertainties. Whenever our athletes are dealing with a setback, 99% of the time they’re just unsure about something - aka, they don’t know what to do, or how to do it. This could be not understanding a team system, a skill they’re having some challenges with, or knowing what to do in a specific situation. The first thing we do is get clear on what’s at the root of their uncertainty. 2️⃣ Extract the skills that have to be mastered. Once we get clear on what’s causing the uncertainty, we simply break it down into 1-2 skills that they can work on with a specific intensity (game-like environment) assigned to it. This allows them to attack the specific uncertainty head on. 3️⃣ Get to work physically and mentally. The final step is that we create specific work for our athletes to complete. They spend 15 minutes after their practice working on the specific skill that we identified with the specific intensity, then they visualize the perfect technique behind the skill for 15 minutes. Finally, we have them study film on how to use those skills properly for 10 minutes 3 times per week. Combined, this builds their certainty. This works like a charm every time - and we’re positive it’ll work for you. Follow @Molliteum to be a more dominant athlete.

Feeling stuck? Pro athletes like MJ and Tom Brady use the ‘Dark and Light Triggers’ technique to stay motivated. Here’s how you can too👇. Save this video first so you don’t lose it. ✅ DARK TRIGGERS: Think about moments where you wanted to prove someone wrong. Pick 2, write them down, and reflect on how they fueled you. LIGHT TRIGGERS: Remember moments where someone believed in you and you wanted to make them proud. Pick 2, write them down, and reflect on how they inspired you. Daily Visualization: Close your eyes and relive your Dark and Light Trigger moments. Let them fuel your motivation when results are slow. Repeat: ‘All that matters is I keep taking action. Results will follow naturally.’ Watch how quickly things start to shift. Follow @Molliteum for more daily tips on becoming a dominant athlete! Don’t wait - start today!”

⬇️ Read, save, and follow @Molliteum ⬇️ Every athlete has another side to them that they rarely tap into. It’s that “darker” side that you know needs to come out only during practices and games. The side of you that you know is tamed, but one that must be released in performance. You know what we’re talking about - the side of you that’s: 1️⃣ More aggressive 2️⃣ More intense Your Alter Ego is the “other thing” you turn into during games - it’s who you become whenever you leave your place of safety. Every top athlete has one: Kobe Bryant turned into the famous Black Mamba, Michael Jordan turned into Air Jordan, and Tom Brady turned into TB12. Discover your Alter Ego by asking yourself: 1️⃣ Who must I be for my team? 2️⃣ What type of aggression and intensity do I need to have if I want to be my best? 3️⃣ Who am I when I go to games? Name them and describe them. Your Alter Ego is what allows you to park all the noise from your personal life so you can fully focus on the task at hand. When you’re done your game, then you can deal with the other things. Use this as a way to compartmentalize your focus. #athletemindset #athletemotivation #molliteum #mindsetcoaching

⬇️ Read, save, and follow @Molliteum ⬇️ You have another level that you’re capable of. You have the ability to be unstoppable. But you’re getting this one thing wrong when it comes to being an elite athlete. All your life you’ve been taught to put the team first - and yes, this is important. But, the only way to really help the team is by being the best version of yourself. The best athletes in the world work on themselves first so that they have something to give to others. They do this by: 1️⃣ Prioritizing their training 2️⃣ Prioritizing the days they need off 3️⃣ Prioritizing the extra work they need to do before and after practice If you’re like most athletes, then the challenge becomes the guilt that you feel for putting yourself first. What you must realize is that the one thing your team needs most is for you to be at your best. Think - they need YOU to be YOU. Get selfish to be selfless.

Read and save ⬇️ Follow @Molliteum if you’re an athlete who wants to build a bulletproof mindset so you can be one of the best on your team. Most athletes get this wrong and hold themselves back because of it. Here’s how the math, maths (use your calculator to see it for yourself): 1️⃣ 1.00 to the power of 365 - the 1.00 represents you staying the same every day. If you do this for 365 days, you’ll get the same answer (aka - you stay the same and don’t get better). 2️⃣ 1.01 to the power of 365 - the 1.01 represents you getting just a BIT better each day. If you do this for 365 days, or get just ONE percent better each day at a specific area of your game, you’ll get 37.7 (aka - you’ll get 37.7% better by the end of the year). ✅ Your job is to make sure that you MASTER YOUR CRAFT - aka get a bit better with one specific skill each day. Do this for the entire year, then reflect on your progress and see how much better you got. 💡 Think - this is the ONLY logical way to accomplish a goal: it’s a bunch of little daily actions that eventually get you there. Read and save ⬇️ Sports are more than just a series of “physical talents”; if you think of some of the worlds best athletes, they’re more than just that. They have an extra gear they tap into - one that’s responsible for 80% of their success. They’re mentally resilient individuals who are able to adapt to anything. Here’s what we help our athletes understand about game day that helps them to domiante. 1️⃣ Game day starts WAY before game day itself. Hear us out. How you prepare is how you preform. So many times, athletes come to us with the challenge of being anxious on game days. The reality is that doing some breathing before a game won’t fix a weeks worth of bad prep. You’re not anxious, you’re underprepared. Your prep is where you gain your certainty and confidence. Purpose and intensity on a daily basis is a must. 2️⃣ Winning one play at a time is how you actually win the game. Sounds foolish, but trust us when we say that “winning the one rep in front of you, then the next rep, then the next rep,” is realistically how it happens. This requires a commitment to taking it one shift at a time, and a focus to continuously lock in on the one rep in front of you. Dominant athletes refocus every single rep. 3️⃣ Whatever your opponent says, or does, to you during a game is always going to be something that tries to throw you off. Never let your guard down. Never break. You must go into performances with this mindset. Your opponents one job is to try and throw you off. So focus. Know this. And be better for it. 4️⃣ You need to have a system to put yourself into the right mindset before a game. It doesn’t just happen. You need a system that gets you feeling excited and certain to play. Without this, you’ll perform to only half of your potential. Don’t depend on your team for this. Depend on yourself. Do your research. Use our resources. But whatever you do, find a system that works for you. Follow @Molliteum if you’re an athlete who wants to build a bulletproof mindset.

SAVE ✍️ STEAL OUR 6 HACKS 👇 HACK 1 - Work On Your Certainty and Confidence - certainty and confidence can be two words that are used to describe the worlds best athletes. If you want to be iconic, then you must be certain and confident. Visualizing and film watching builds certainty. Practice builds confidence. Take 1 skill you must master and apply these things to it. HACK 2 - Speak Up - iconic athletes aren’t scared to challenge others. They don’t do it to be a problem, but instead to raise the standards. If you want to be iconic, then you must get comfortable speaking up. HACK 3 - Take Control - your daily decisions are what matter the most. Make quality decisions and you’ll get quality results. Make poor decisions and get poor results. Simple. HACK 4 - Stand By Your Beliefs - if you think of any iconic athlete that you idolize, it’s because they stand by their beliefs. You need to do the same. Highlight your beliefs, then stand up for them no matter what. HACK 5 - Lead By Actions - you can’t expect anyone else to follow you if you’re not going to take action yourself. Be a master at leading through action, not words alone. HACK 6 - Remain Optimistic - iconic athletes are optimists. They always find a way or make one. No matter what. You must have this mindset if you want to be iconic as well. Was this helpful?
