You really need to set your Audio Offset much higher, it really makes the video unplayable. There's like a good 200-300 ms of delay between each note and the audio. It makes it specially uncomfortable for people like me that use these types of videos to practice or guide ourselves for better scores. I personally have both Audio/Video Offset and Input Latency at 240ms and it's basically perfect. Music is on point with my keyboard clack. I dont know why Fortnite doesn't fix this. Also no, this wont affect you perfects.
