AHHH! I wish I could pay for CC but it's just not doable with my large family, so I'm going to purchase Foundations and then hope that I know what to do. I purchased some Memory Work cards, and found all the helpful songs to go with Geography, science, and timeline. How do you build on it? Books? or is there another part of the curriculum that better fits along with CC that you maybe wish you started with?

What curriculum do you recommend for homeschool high school credit?

I think God would want you to teach history honestly. He would want you to pick books that are intellectually correct and present the truth. You trying to shelter your child does not protect him it makes it harder for him to see danger. Like it or not there is much evil. This should not be hidden. Children used to work from sun up to sun down. They are designed to be resilient and strong. You are training him to be weak and naive.

new subscriber here!!! I'm trying to find a good curriculum for my 2 kids 4&6 but they already speak fluently Spanish but can't write. I probably should just wait for them to be older lol

I LOVE your videos and ideas so much you have so many great and fun things! But after the first few weeks they usually got posted the week after our CC community met which is so SAD! Any chance you'll be posting them earlier this semester?

Have you done week 11?

LOVE your content! I wait on it each week. We do week 11 in community tomorrow so you're a week behind me now, but I still use your ideas and just swap it up. Love your energy. :) For Math, I didn't make it to buy pumpkins, so I printed large falls leaves and sharpied the numbers on them and cut them out. I'll throw the leaves up in the air and let the kids dig to find matches. :)

I find these videos helpful, but wish you’d sing the songs because I have a hard time putting the lyrics to the tune without hearing it first!

For skip counting, I’ll write it out on a poster board and circle a few numbers. When we get to those circled numbers in the song we shout them. I’ll circle an additional number every time we sing it after that. The kids loved it!
