Hotel Suites Albayzin del Mar in Almuñecar. The outside area and pool is just lovely, inside the apartments are a little dated, definitely ask for one with garden views. Not greatly equipped kitchens for catering but if you are not planning on that it is a lovely stay, especially just out of season while the restaurant is still open but not many guests, especially smaller ones, around.
