Completely agree Ade. Arm not straight and no attempt to swing his arm, almost bumbling along. Looking around too in the second clip! A shame as the band sounds and looks fantastic (especially for a scout band) but sets a bad example with this bad deportment!
The Drum Major looks like he can't be bothered ,is that why he disappeared
