GoNexus

GoNEXUS is a Horizon 2020 project that will study the effects of global climate change on the water, energy, food, ecosystem nexus. Over the next four years, GoNEXUS will work to re-balance water, food and energy ecosystems to maximise our planet’s environmental security. Through in-depth case studies and scenarios, GoNEXUS will create a ‘future-proof’ toolbox and a framework to manage the WEFE nexus.
GoNexus Webinar #2 - replay video
The second GoNexus webinar took place on 10 December, bringing together more than 20 participants for a one-hour online session in Spanish focusing on the multi-scale and multi-sectoral approach adopted by the GoNexus project analysing the impacts of climate change in a Mediterranean basin such as the Júcar river basin.

The first GoNexus webinar took place on 22 October for an hour-long session focused on the co-construction of the WEFE (Water-Energy-Food-Ecosystems) nexus scenarios and strategies for engaging key stakeholders, with a particular focus on the Spanish Tagus-Segura and the Senegal River, two basins studied in the framework of the GoNexus project.
