Good one!
After 6 months, you started uploading
The answer is 3d printing, that's where I'll use it ;)
I have a perfect project in mind for this. Great hack!
I can confirm that this also works in Inventor, using the "Contour Flange" option.
a minute, maybe 2 minutes, nice trick!
Wow, it's crazy what programs can do sometimes when they otherwise moan and scream errors at you. It's like learning about morph in powerpoint
I feel like this is the sort of hack that an AI tasked with learning Fusion 360 would figure out. But it feels odd to think that I don't know whether that's because I give so much credence to AI or because I'm so underwhelmed at the frequency of people discovering hacks like this lately, for any mainstream software.
Sick - very cool trick.
That's a pretty good find. How do you get rid of the bar through the part without the main part returning to flat?
You can make the flange adjacent to the part instead of intersecting it and then just cut it off with an extrusion after the bend is accomplished.
Are these exercises from a book ? Can you share the details.
genius
So nice sir
I wanna buy
There must be a way to get the edge lengths exactly right without eyeballing them. How is that done?
