Any sources you recommend if we want to know more about this specific topic?
There is a book called "The Oxford Handbook of Witchcraft in Early Modern Europe and Colonial America" that have a chapter on Hungary.
The sleighs should have been in some museum. They may be abandoned but they were made from beautiful wood and the curved fronts are beautiful. Just to make the curve in wood is a skill long gone. Craftsmanship of a bygone world. At least I have never seen real sleighs of any kind in my world except for little toys or decorations. A real shame. I wish someone could restore them somehow. Thanks for an interesting video. I liked and subscribed. A fan in Oregon USA. Thank you.
It's sad that the sleighs are just abandoned and i agree they should be in a museum or restored. Thank you for subscribing :)
Its a shame they left the machinery behind. It would be spooky to be there at night.😳
I agree, I don't know why it's just left there, seems like something they would have taken away from there.
Beautiful and haunting!
😍
As intriguing as ever.
Haha. This is nice. I remember the exact same atmosphere when my father and I went to collect eatable mushrooms and my father tried to be funny. He stood in between lots of mushrooms and he acted like he didn't see them and I went nuts ... I was like 5 years old. It's a beautiful forest you've got there :).
Thank you for mentioning these little-known figures!
This is so helpful tysm!!
This is extremly fascinating. Love Insomnium’s album Amno 1696 and their EP Songs Of The Dusk, about this subject
Благодарю Вас !
Hope you feel better soon!
Thank you
Ты счастлив если можешь видеть красоту вокруг себя !!!
Браво Маэстро 👏👏👏👏👏
This was very informative and helpful for my coursework thanks 😊
Me over here with my daughter having the name Aurora and my son”s middle name is Sol. I’m just finding this information out about the Greek/roman mythology. And that Aurora and sol were siblings. Am I to have a Luna too? How do I explain that I named my kids these names with no knowledge of this information till today. Absolutely crazy. And get this I’ve been thinking of teaching my Aurora Greek language for school! Wild! I’m kind of speechless how things work out like this.
Thank you and Many Blessings Love
By Jove! 😊
In north europe they burnt many thousands of witches more.
Excellent explanation of this little known horrific period of history. No WONDER some people have trouble speaking Truth. I worked with DoDDS in Bamberg, Wűrzburg, & Gelnhausen ( near the Fulda gap). In Bamberg, I had nightmares about people I had met-one (a current day Jesuit), was the judge of the trial when I was being tried as a witch! I have done a lot of work to release this persecution & trauma from my cellular memory. Please pray forthe Violet Flame to continue to burn to transmute this trauma from every cell of our bodies & every molecule in Nature. Vielen Dank!
I just discovered your channel. the topic of the video was something I was also curious about. thank you!
That was interesting and your pronunciation was fine. It seemed like some parts were too quiet and some parts were too loud. I don’t know much about sound balancing, but I bet there are great microphones (or software) that would help. Also, I’m sure there are videos that could help you create great acoustics.
Hi I had a sound issue with this episode in particular, the other episodes are better balanced but thank you for advice
As intriguing as ever.
Definitely a place to visit.
Another excellent video.
Beautiful
Thank you ❤
On my grandmother's side of my family I am related to the McCarthy dynasty which is said to be followed by Clíodhna
Interesting, thanks for sharing that information

Thank you for these historical cases. They intrigue me like no other, but I've never read about Hungary. I'll have to go back and start with video 1.

So valuable information....thank you for representation ❤
Glad you liked it :)
Interesting research you shared. Do you now the names of the other 6 that were killed by the Inquisition or only Luis da Penha? If you know the names of the other, please share. Thanks
I'm sorry but I haven't found any other names for the ones that were executed. But the ones that got other punishments I have found some names for: Pedro Goncalves de Abreu in 1653, Bartolomeu Martins in 1683 and Francisco Luis in 1690 they were whipped and sent to life in prison. Cristovao Silva Marreios in 1785 was sentenced to be a galley slave.
Inácia Gomes in 1565 Ana Álvares in 1566 Ana do Frade in 1567 Francisco Gonçalves in 1587 António Pires in 1587 Francisco da Rosa in 1626 Mariana Antónia in 1733 Maria da Silva in 1754
@@eddieantonio5058brother, do you know what witchcraft Maria da Silva has made ? 🥺
I'm an American from the Deep South. I can understand your accent as well as I understand my own. I am not sure why this is the case, but I'm grateful. There are Americans who don't always understand me and my family has lived in America since the early 18th century. I try to elucidate and enunciate my speech when speaking to an audience in any nation. It's nice to be not only heard, but understood. I'm uninterested in learning other languages with exceptional to my studies. I have a bit of the major languages, barring the Orient. To this day I cannot decipher any of the Asian languages written historical accounts. Practice makes perfect. Jolly good show, Misty Folklore
