I love that you're well prepared like me! My mom and husband tell me, that I over pack things for my kids, but I'd rather take everything they may need. It's better to have things and not need it, than to need something, and not have it! I pack 3 outfits for each kid, and there's been cases where I've used 5 outfits for 2 kids (baby & 1yr old toddler) on just 1 day road trip, including 2 blowouts, throwups and spills. I'm the mom and I don't care who tells me I overpack. I even bring multiple outer wear because where we live can change from day to night. It can be a thick sweater weather in daytime, even long t-shirt , and by night the kids need a winter coat to stay warm. So I overpack so my kids have everything they would need, for any circumstances. I'm glad to see another mom that's also prepared!!!
