keep going man, i know it’s hard. tbh ive found a lot of love and peace in cooking. even if it takes 2 hours to learn something. that fills up 2 hours you’d spend doom scrolling on ur phone. AND you get to learn something, and if u like what u make. u can make it again and improve on your time and quality and it makes me feel good when i’m not feeling good. Throwing on youtube or wtv in the background is a great idea too!
ground beef and rice is a great place to start! season it with some taco seasoning and any salt/pepper/chili powder/garlic powder that u want, and follow the cooking instructions on the back of the taco seasoning packet
