I'm quite late but the meat grinder Bobble was referring to was the incinerator. The incinerator was an enormous chamber (400m by 300m) with an giant steel shaft running the full height of the chamber. Attached to this shaft were several huge steel blades at various heights. In the walls and ceiling of the chamber were large holes containing pilot lights. SCP's would be taken down there and thrown into the chamber.
