خانم دکتر عزیز اگه برای هرناحیه دوتا نخ بزنیم مثلا ماریونت و گونه و هرکدومو دوتا دوتا گره بزنیم لیفت بیشتری میده و درست هست؟ این چینهایی که روی گونه می افته و پشت ابرو صاف میشه ؟؟ آیا هر ناحیه که وارد میشیم ( مثلا ماریونت جدا که دوگره بخوره )دقیقا از جای قبلی بایست وارد شد یا خیر شنیدم اگه فاصله بیفته نکروز میشه ؟

Also do we only tie when more than one thread is used per hole for the regular lift technique. I don't recall ever having seen multiple threads in reverse vector being tied together. It seems either way that tying them would just make it more difficult for the healing process and more likely especially on Is the zygomatic protrusion that the knot would cause an unwanted bump or lump under the skin

What happens if u get too deep. I hope extly thought we wanted to be deep for molded threads yo get more lift of the fat pads. Where are the molded threaded supposed to used in just the subq??

I love threads too and the cannula for the lido is better also because it helps open up the tissue to enter with the thread cannula as opposed to pushing thru the tissue with no path already laid. Thank you, this was great💗
