Thank you Thankam ma'am and Madam Nirupama.. that was a wonderful session. So helpful and resourceful.. I am a nurse not working since 4 yrs . I was very depressed and feeling unhappy for being a nurse I am not able to help in this war situation.. as a critical care nurse I iam very much sure that I can help and I could have saved lifes of many if I could work.. and the increasing death rate used to make me more guilty. Because of all these, I really missed some good works which I have done to help my neighborhood to cope with covid 19. Now I feel much relaxed and I really realise my limitations and I accept it. I have a habit to appreciate all others except myself ,after your session, I really realize how important is to appreciate self and be kind to me. And there are so many points which touched me very deeply and renewd my life . thank you and God bless you.. And I really miss you Thankam ma'am.. its now 8 long years since we met. Attending your talk sometime I felt as a kid meeting her loving caring mother after a long break. Miss you ma'am. Once again thank you so much God bless you abundantly..
