I bought a 2003 313cdi lwb automatic which was already registered as a camper for €2000.00. Doors were ok but shock struts needed some welding. The best thing was it had a full respray 5 years ago and they full sealed underneath. I don’t believe there is a van out there that as clean for the year, but even with the recent spray job, I can see corrosion trying its best to get into any untreated areas. I actually found more corrosion inside than out and ppl do say that they normally rust from the inside out, so might be worth having a look behind some of the trim, particularly around ceiling of the back doors and wheel wells. I found quite a bit of surface corrosion on the floor too. All sorted now though.

Really honest video. Shame never got back to me last about the blue sprinter. A went bought a 2019 plate sprinter auto pritty clean at trade price to convert just need new rear box for it as it ex asda 😅😅

That's cracking van for four grand , I've seen some earlier ones which have been absolute horror stories. The good thing with public service buses ie schools and council etc they have to be serviced regularly and looked after by law, rather than a builders van which still has the original oil from when it drove off the forecourt 15 years ago 👍

On top of the step (with the step in the UP position) there is a catch that held the stretcher in place, whilst you folded the wheels up with help from your crewmate. I've worked on these transit UVM's and ex london ambulance service LDV units, that had the 3.6 litre rover V8 in. These were the better trucks. Ford transit bodywork so very easy to work on, parts were very well catered for. UV Modular went bust not long after these were built, so any bodywork damage was repaired rather than replaced. Hence some UVM bodies looked a bit 'tatty' in places. A lot of private firms that took these on just replaced the livery so it covered up the repairs hidden beneath. apart from some glue, this one looks rather mint in comparison.

You had better inform those interested that if they stray into the ulez London zone it will cost them £300 a day. plus the other cities That operate a clean air zone will be around the same price. so god help anyone that is not aware of the fact and strays into these zones.
