Excellent presentation! How long should the patient be tapering off of their anti-depressants prior to submitting themselves to psychedelic therapies, i.e., ketamine, psilocybin, MDMA, etc.?

@@naomimara3340 thank you for reaching out to me, @josephrosado3503 isn't me LOL, however, I have been studying this topic for approximately two years and have not found a response to this question. As a certified medication assisted therapy physician and certifying medical cannabis physician that weans people off of multiple pharmacological agents, I have perceptions and opinions that have worked for me, but because I cannot start people on DMT, psilocybin or MDMA in my state yet, I've tabled the conversation. I have been using ketamine with a select number of people and am finding it to be very beneficial.
