We are unable to make anything NEW here! • Our movies are way too exaggerated in its story telling. We overdo stunts, emotions and music • We copy stunts and other good visuals from Hollywood movies and make a cheap imitation out of them! • Indian actors are being treated like GODS rather than mere mortals • Hollywood picks actors who are suited for the movie/script but in India movies are tailor made for actors! • We cannot complain of the budget here because we common people are watching Hollywood and Indian movies for the same ticket fares! This is like buying Micomax and Apple Iphones for the same price!

As an 3d generalist who is working in a small studio.I agree with your point. I am working in movei production right now. As you mentioned there is no proper pipeline or any other Pre production is done in vfx. There is no cg supervisor in the movei set in order to guide the director on vfx side. They simply give us a shot with random green screen. No tracking markers,no camera information, no hdri maps, etcc
