These deer sticks changed my life!
We made some homemade deer sticksfrom the deer we harvested earlier this deer season! Unfortunately this wraps up the end of the deer season through and through as we are done cooking, hunting, and tracking deer!

Got to put that in a gut and cold smoke it. Get one of those cheap electric smokers.
Looks good enough to eat! I would like to suggest that you should try that again and use your smoker / grill 🙄

Wes, enjoy your videos just like your Dad's. Keep up the good work. Next time try laying meat between 2 pieces of wax paper, and rolling out with rolling pin. This will keep them all the same thickness.

@1957Shep Not going through a rough patch! Just reflecting on the passed and what I have been through over the last year has really opened my eyes!
Pretty productive day. But it doesn`t matter how much garage space you have, it always seems to fill up with something. 🙂 Looks like the cats will have a cozy place for the winter.
Hahaha I like to think of it as an organized mess hahaha!! I know that once we get the shop built it will fill with things too! But to me that just means it's well used and loved!

You've got a good system for getting trash to the burn pile. Happy New Year and Praise Jesus!! Even when we don't know Him we still aren't doing without Him because he don't let us out of his sight. I feel like there is some new earthly hope because there are some positive changes being made and I'm very thankful for it. With Jesus Christ Son of God we have tons of heavenly hope. You are starting the new year off right with this video and attitude. Your are right about reading the Bible and learning and understanding it your way. It's great to gather with the brethren but I work all the time and I prefer to come home and read from the Word and pray and praise. His will not mine be done on earth as it is in heaven. Thanks for the video and this opportunity to comment. It's good to know that more people are coming around to the Light side. I hope big Papa Bill Gowdy is well today too.

Cats are the best mouse traps. 🙂 Used to have a big black tom that I named Mouse Trap. Never saw a single live mouse in all the years I had that cat.
We have 3 cats, 2 of them live strictly in our garage at night and are outside all day, the other is inside our house, since they have been here in have seen no alive mice! They are definitely go getters!

Only got about an inch of snow over this way. But today we are getting freezing rain. Lots of tree branches down. Going to have one hell of a pile of them to burn when I get things cleaned up. But all that can wait for better weather.

@AC-ps3jw @billgoudy taught me very well to learn by figuring things out! I only remember a few times in my youth watching him clean deer. It was mainly fish! My boys are 10x more observant then I have ever been already! They love to watch at learn! Thanks for watching and commenting!

I'm not seeing the deer over here in Illinois. It has been pretty warm and they are picking corn and beans over here. As it cools and it gets closer to Thanksgiving, the deer activity will pick up. Hang in there!
Had 3 deer wondering around my back yard yesterday morning.
Used to be pretty good with a gun when I was younger, but never was very good with a bow. 🙂
