if you have friends and not worried about cell service or internet then you're golden. All service is cut off when you enter and you have to pay $9 a night per device and the service is crappy to say the least. Not having luck finding good non pay sites, guess im gonna have to try something different...so keep watching and subscribe

Not Sinulog, This is Pasigarbo sa Sugbo ( Pride of Cebu ) where all towns and Cities of Cebu compete with float, costumes, dancing and the caroza saints of their towns, they are showcasing what the towns are known for. SINULOG is every 3rd sunday of January LOL. Cebu has 2 Annual Big Parades Sinulog and Pasigarbo Pls Remove the Title this is MisInformation

This is PASIGARBO SA SUGBO (FESTIVALS OF FESTIVAL) in Cebu held every last sunday of August annually. This is organized by the Governement of Cebu Province. Sinulog on the other hand, which is held every third sunday of January is a Celebration of Fiesta Señor (Feast of Sto. Niño) which is celebrated in Cebu City by the Cebu City Officials.
This is not sinulog festival. This is pasigarbo sa sugbo. Cebu city is the host where is the home of sinulog festival. Sinulog festival is the guest contigent

Your brother hit the jackpot!!!😊 I was impressed with how clean the streets are, until yall hit the ghetto and stepped in shit😅 I was surprised to see all of the signs in English. Did you notice all of the message parlors have a pharmacy next door? No happy ending there😮. The traffic flowed so good, life in unison. The people seem happy, healthy, and well fed. Try a cowboy hat, you'll be a ROCK STAR, guaranteed. Yall be safe, stay out of the ghetto. 109 heat index here today.
