I’m staying right now in cosmopolitan I noticed every night the vent smelled cigarettes smokes, I was assured this is not a non smoking room but we smelled smoke coming in the room so annoying! Before I sleep I check the bidding of bed after I open the bed sheet a large dirty on the beddings and inner sheet. So disappointing and waiting for an hours for the house keeping to come and change everything. I think the housekeeper was rushing and didn’t change the beddings just folded and fix the bed without checking. While I checked in other guest was given complementary 50-75$ but for me none. The guest agent is racist not giving me any complimentary.

Doesn’t help to the viewer if it’s worth the price of the food you promote specially the burger, please next time mention the price and rate it !

Americana has amazing view !music and food is best in US !! Owner Chef is Italian he’s pasta and all food is great and there Japanese steak is great price and tasty I love to go back my husband and my family ❤

My favourite date place is Vanderpump à Paris. It's gorgeous, lovely service, perfect ambiance. Favourite date late night place is obviously the Legacy Club, and it's not even close.

We’re celebrating my 50th birthday there next week. Any tips on complimentary upgrades? I wonder if there’s a way of landing a Lanai suite or Bungalow suite? Our last one was on the fly and we were given a wrap around suite from our 1 bdrm! We had two suites that time and both were upgraded for Christmas! I’m definitely asking for the complimentary gift. We love staying at the cosmo. I can’t even remember how many times we’ve been there at this point, but we always find something new.

I tried this place several times..... The majority of the food is bland & tasteless & nothing have any flavor. The straw that broke the 🐫 back was the roach crawling down the wall!!!! Also the tables were dirty & stick..... never again

I have eaten there twice. It is not amazing but it is worth the price. If you were expecting an earth shattering experience then why are you at a $23 buffet?

It's called clarified butter which is spoiled resistant and has a higher smoke point. Clarified butter removes the milk solids and water then leaves the butterfat.

Worst experience ever. 30 minutes and my chikdren and I had no drinks and no food. They told me 15 more minutes so I got refunded and left. They offered my children a chocolate croissant to split which was kind, but still they could not even produce a paper receipt that i was refunded. My children are 5 and 8, so imagine how they felt watching everyone eat beautiful foods as we were passed over...
